Theo Gregory is the managing partner for the Delaware Office of The Igwe Firm. He has been admitted to practice in Delaware Bar since 1979. He is a graduate of the University of Florida law school.
Mr. Gregory started in legal career as an attorney with the Community Aid Society in Wilmington, DE, where he helped indigent individuals with their legal issues.
After leaving the Community Aid Society, Mr. Gregory was hired as an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware. During his tenure there, he prosecuted cases on behalf of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Drug Enforcement Administration. He received special recognition for several high-profile prosecutions.
Mr. Gregory went into private practice in 1984 and specializes in personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense.
